It is the first viewpoint for visitors who reach Nordeste from the south side of the municipality. It is located in Lomba da Pedreira before we enter the urban area of the town and next to the Estrada Regional. It is the best place to see the sunrise because it is located at the far eastern end of the Island.
Throughout the year, incoming groupings of people from everywhere enjoy the sunrise, complementing the visit with the tranquility that this local paradise offers, with extensive garden areas and stunning views of the sea and the Serra da Tronqueira.
